Marketing:

We are presently selling our products throughout the world to government organisations, commercial re-sellers and to a number of high profile important customers for their promotional handouts.

We are the sole suppliers to the Paris Police.

Self-testing has opened up the retail possibilities throughout the world, where a wide range of outlets from the major supermarkets, pharmacies, vending machines, tobacconists etc., are turning over large volumes. In France alone, Redline supplied three million testers to the wholesale / retail market in January of 1996.We are suppliers to the major supermarket groups in France, namely, Promodes, Continent, Atac and Carrefour. During 1998, we supplied over 1 500 000 testers to Austria in time for their carnival, and to coincide with the change of legislation in that country. A massive campaign was instituted by one of the largest newspapers in Austria, to educate the public on the concept of self-testing. Coca-Cola, Total Oil, Fiat, Honda, BMW, BP, together with major European Insurance companies, such as Axa and Groupama are amongst our clients who hand out single units as promotional give-away's together with a personalised message on the packaging.

The German market has recently opened up to our product with the change of legislation to 0,05g with effect from 01 April 1998.Well known German television personality, Fritz Egner, has been instrumental in promoting our product on television and throughout the media. We are presently selling our product through supermarkets and chemists.

Alexander Wurtz, who has won the Le Mans 24 hour race, and who is also the Benetton Formula One driver, has assisted with promoting our product throughout Austria.

Additional new markets, which have recently welcomed our products, are Canada, Lithuania, Spain, New Zealand, Belgium, Australia, U.S.A., the United Kingdom, Peru, Brazil, Greece, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Japan, Korea, China, Holland and Poland.

SOUTH AFRICA

We are embarking on a national campaign whereby Redline has requested the Department of Transport's approval to endorse and promote the concept of self testing. This is in line with the major French Government national campaign to ensure that disposable breathalysers are freely available at retail outlets throughout France. The packaging will be standard and easily recognisable by the public and be available throughout South Africa at a standard retail price of ZAR10.

Safety legislation requires that staff who operate large, expensive equipment, drivers of public vehicles, transport operators and staff in potentially dangerous situations should not be under the influence of alcohol. Redline testers are used effectively to screen these situations.

Law enforcement. Police can use these testers extensively to screen motorists prior to taking a blood sample, or for educational purposes. We have recently supplied 4 000 testers to the South African Western Cape Traffic Department for their use as screening devices at roadblocks and a further 6000 testers to the Government Funded Arrive Alive Campaign.

PACKAGING

The actual product remains constant - but it is offered in various types of packaging to suit customer's requirements with logos, corporate messages etc.

COMPETITIVE PRICES

Due to favourable exchange rates, strict quality control and large- scale manufacturing, the cost of these testers is internationally competitive. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any further information is required. We believe that our product offers you and your organisation a unique opportunity of promoting not only yourselves by way of advertising, but also supporting a social awareness of one of our country's major problems.
